Q: I did not receive the Gold i purchased, but it has been credited from my bank account / credit card, what can I do?
A: First, calm down^^ Then, you may seek out our customer service team and bring along the details as follow:
1. Server and character name
2. A screenshot of your official receipt (From App Store/ Google Play), if you have successfully purchased it, you should have received an email about it. Please check your mail box and get back to us.
If you have not received the stated email, there is another way to locate the transaction; (But please make sure you use a computer to follow these steps as some mobile devices could not reveal the full details of these steps.
